Fitness: the celebration of what our bodies are capable of
When talking about fitness, we usually think about cardiovascular activities, not necessarily weight lifting.
Weight lifting promotes muscle building. The more muscle we have on our bodies, the higher our metabolism is naturally because muscle burns calories at rest.
Cardio promotes additional calories burned, but most importantly, cardiovascular health.

NUTRITION
If I were to fuel my car up with the wrong gas, it would eventually break down. So if I continue to fuel my body with the wrong foods, I am slowly breaking my body down.
We must learn to fuel our bodies.
